How To Apply For Your Active Kids Voucher
STEP 1 – Go to the ServiceNSW website; https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/ and “Log In” to your account. If you do not have an account select “sign Up” option.
STEP 2 – Search “Apply for an Active Kids Voucher” in the search bar and select the :Apply Online” option.
STEP 3 – Complete the Online Application in 6 easy steps.
- Complete the Parent Guardian or Carer information
- Complete the student identity Verification process (Medicare card required)
- Approve the Eligibility check
- Complete the additional student information
- Confirm the Application details
- Application Confirmation page.
STEP 4 – Redeem your voucher at Lismore Tenpin Bowl.
